The Brief

To drive e-commerce sales during the Black Friday period for professional haircare brand 72 Hair.

Strategy

Utilising Dynamic Product Adverts within Facebook to show different products from the brand’s collection best suited to the preferences of the user being served.

Retargeting previous website visitors that had not purchased in order to maximise sales, as well as creating Lookalike Audiences from previous purchasers to widen the campaign reach.

Results

· 2.41 average ROAS (Return On Advertising Spend)

· Retargeting non-converting website visitors drove a 5.06 ROAS

· £2.19 cost per “Add To Cart”
